The dawn of change.....
From the beginning, I understood the transformative potential of securitizing bridge loans and the opportunities it could create in the market. The concept of securitization—pioneered by visionaries like Lewis “Lew” Ranieri and introduced to residential mortgages in the 1970s—had the power to change the game, making capital more accessible and efficient.
Before this innovation, private, long-term financing tailored for securitization simply didn’t exist. Borrowers relying on hard money or “fix & flip” loans faced limited options: either sell the property to exit the loan or refinance with a traditional bank. I saw an opportunity to bridge this gap and bring this revolutionary concept to the Latino community, offering them the tools to access capital with greater ease and flexibility.
This drive to empower Latinos with innovative financial solutions was the foundation of what became King Capital Advisors. By leveraging the potential of securitization, we created a pathway for individuals to elevate their financial future and access the resources they need to build lasting wealth.
